Tom was born in Tachikawa Japan, and raised in Central Oahu. He currently lives in Windward Oahu with his wife Nikki and their two children. Providing value and preventative care is an important part of his management philosophy.
Paris earned her BS in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University. After 10 years in HR working with various large and small business in Hawaii, she set her sights on residential real estate, where she applies her strong skill sets in client care with sharp attention to detail.

Elaine Lim, known to her family and many of her former colleagues as the "Jack of all trades" because of her extensive trainings in different aspects of Businesses may it be Operations, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. Her work experiences mostly in the Customer Service Industry with a strong background in Operations Management paved way for alot of awesome opportunities. She developed skills and abilities to deal with clients from various industries, contributing ideas for better processes which helped the companies gain more profitability, the same way with handling different sponsors and staff in organizing Conferences and other customised events. Accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously; these helped to develop her leadership and organizational skills. She further cultivated useful customer service abilities while also handling technical matters for clients on a wide range of company products and services.
She took up Business Administration Major in Management and was a working student. Unfortunately, unable to finish her degree but that didn't stop her from conquering her dreams. Elaine being the go-geter that she is was able to travel around and organize C-level I.T and Financial Conferences across Asia.
Elaine, a retired workaholic and party girl is now a mom to two beautiful boys and wants to pursue her advocacy in helping out children with Special needs. Hoping that one day she'll be equipped enough to do more in helping Special needs children by putting up affordable therapy sessions in different locations.
