Holiday Italy Stay Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Eighteen Properties & Nikki O’Rourke, REALTOR (the “Sponsor”), a Hawai‘i-licensed real estate agent.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on December 15, 2025 and ends on January 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Hawai‘i Standard Time (HST).

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing all required fields on the official giveaway entry form located at eighteenproperties.com/tuscany-holiday-giveaway.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 3-Day / 2-Night Stay in Italy at a property selected by the Sponsor.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $800.

Travel, airfare, transportation, meals, and incidentals are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Prize Usage Window

The prize must be used between June 1, 2026 and May 30, 2027, subject to availability.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing within five (5) days after the Entry Period closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond in time or is found ineligible, a new winner may be selected.

9. Prize Conditions

• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar accommodation of equal or greater value if necessary.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release the Sponsor from any liability related to participation, acceptance, or use of the prize. Winner assumes all risk and responsibility for travel and accommodations.

11. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their first name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Data Privacy

Participant information will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy practices and may be used for future real-estate-related communications. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
